These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the padu44 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

One Account Per Player. Each person is permitted to register and maintain one (1) padu44 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — is a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or pending bonuses within those accounts may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your padu44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. padu44 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify padu44 support immediately.
KYC Verification. padu44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued ID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
Account Closure. You may request closure of your padu44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your verified payment method upon successful KYC completion. Accounts under active investigation for fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms may be closed without prior notice.
Accepted Payment Methods. padu44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank Online Transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and USDT TRC20. All MYR transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit with no conversion fees applied by padu44.
Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your padu44 balance within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes subject to the respective banking institution's processing times.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by padu44 within the timeframes set out on the platform, which vary by payment method and player VIP tier. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks prior to release. padu44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified alternative method approved by the Company. Cash withdrawals and third-party transfers are not permitted. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the padu44 banking interface. These limits may vary by payment method and player VIP tier. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week, and are published within the account banking section.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or reversal of a payment made to padu44 without first attempting to resolve the matter through our customer support team is a breach of these Terms. padu44 reserves the right to recover the full amount of any chargeback, including associated fees, from the Player's account, and to suspend the account pending resolution.
General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by padu44 are subject to specific terms that include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports promotions), maximum convertible amounts, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read and accepted before opting in.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Contributions to wagering requirements may vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage as published in the specific bonus terms.
Bonus Abuse. padu44 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion regardless of genuine play intent, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
VIP Programme. The padu44 VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative net wagering within qualifying time periods as published in the VIP Programme terms. Benefits associated with each tier — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, personal account manager assignment, and access to invitation-only tables — are published on the VIP Programme page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Promotion Modifications. padu44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and met the qualifying criteria prior to any modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of qualification.
Game Integrity. All casino games available on the padu44 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical statistical return under normal operating conditions and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, padu44 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
padu44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your padu44 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
padu44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. padu44 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
padu44's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Complaints Procedure: To raise a formal complaint, contact padu44 customer support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the outcome you are seeking. padu44 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under our gaming licence.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
